1Can I see one in person?
Yes we have a showroom in Kelowna at 4-451 Adams Road. Can call Eugene 778-789-2279 to set up a viewing.
2Will a Vickel tent fit on my car?
Our tents are light enough to fit on almost any car, they only weigh 60kg /130lbs despite being so durable! All you need is an appropriate cross beam roof rack to mount the Vickel tent to.
3How do I install my Vickel tent?
You tent will come with installation instructions. Instalation and setup is simple, only requiring basic handtools which are included.
4How many people does a Vickel tent sleep?
Our tents fit 2 adults comfortably. The dimensions of our tent is 130cm x 210cm.
5How long does it take to pop up and fold down a Vickel tent?
The best part about our rooftop tents is how easy they are to set up and take down compared to other tenting options. Set up and take down can be done under a minute!
6How do I get in and out of a Vickel tent?
Your tent will come with a telescoping aluminum ladder that folds up for easy storage and mounts securely and safely to the tent when in use. The ladder can be mounted on all 3 sides.
7Can I use a Vickel tent in the rain, snow or wind?
Our tents are made of durable, weatherproof materials that will keep you dry and warm in the worst of storms. We carry an optional winter liner for extra insulation.
8What kind of warranty policy do you offer?
We offer six months of manufacturer exchange; if any parts are defective, we will swap them out. We carry spare ladders, cylinder rams and mounting hardware for spare accessories.
9Where do you ship to?
We ship to British Columbia and Alberta. Usually its 2 to 3 days shipping Monday to Friday.
