Can I see one in person?
Yes. We have a showroom in Kelowna at 4-451 Adams Road. Call Eugene at 778-789-2279 to set up a viewing.
Will a Vickel tent fit on my car?
Our rooftop tents mount to standard crossbars or roof racks. If you have crossbars rated for static loads over 60kg, you are good to go. Reach out with your vehicle make and model and we will confirm fitment.
How do I install my Vickel tent?
The tent ships with mounting hardware and clear instructions. Most setups take 30 to 60 minutes for two people. We can walk you through it at the showroom.
How many people does a Vickel tent sleep?
The standard Rooftop Tent sleeps 2 adults comfortably. We offer larger family configurations on request.
How long does it take to pop up and fold down?
Roughly 1 to 2 minutes to pop up and 3 to 5 minutes to fold down. Practice makes it faster.
Can I use a Vickel tent in the rain, snow or wind?
Yes. 280g polyester cotton fabric, sealed seams, and a stainless steel skeleton handle BC weather. Add the insulated winter liner for colder seasons.
What warranty do you offer?
Six months of manufacturer exchange. If any parts are defective, we will swap them out.
Where do you ship to?
Canada-wide flat rate shipping. Local pickup available at the Kelowna showroom.
